What is Arlos Club?
Arlos Club is our exclusive loyalty program designed for individuals who appreciate original design and fine craftsmanship. Membership is organized into three tiers: Bronze (automatically unlocked upon account registration), Silver, and Gold. As a member, every purchase you make online or at our shop earns you points. You will also unlock exclusive birthday discounts, tier upgrade rewards, and priority access to our latest collection launches and private events.
How to redeem coupons with A Points?
Simply log into your account on our website and navigate to the "My Rewards" section in the member panel. Here, you can view your current A points balance and the available rewards you are eligible to unlock. Click "Redeem" on your chosen reward, and the system will deduct the corresponding A points to generate a unique coupon code for you instantly.
How to use the coupons?
Online Store: Copy your unique coupon code and paste it into the "Discount Code" field at the checkout page, then click "Apply" to see your discount deducted from the total.
Physical Store: Simply show your coupon code or registered email to our team member at our store before making your payment, and they will apply the discount to your purchase manually.
(Please note: Only one coupon code can be applied per order, and rewards cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions or sales.)
Can I return or edit the coupons?
We are unable to reverse this action. Once points have been redeemed for a coupon code, the points are permanently deducted, and the coupon cannot be canceled, altered, or exchanged back into points. We kindly recommend reviewing your selection carefully before confirming your redemption.
Can I transfer the membership/ A Points/ coupons to others?
To ensure account security and protect your exclusive benefits, all membership statuses, accumulated A Points, and redeemed coupon codes are strictly linked to your individual registered email account. They cannot be transferred, merged, or gifted to another account.
Will my spending in-store be credited into my account?
Yes, absolutely! When purchasing at our physical store, simply provide your registered membership email to our staff before completing the payment. The system will automatically sync the purchase amount and credit the corresponding points to your online account.
Will points be credited if I forget to enter my VIP email when purchasing?
Don't worry! If you forgot to provide or log into your membership account during checkout, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of your purchase. Provide us with your receipt details or order number, and we will manually credit the missing points to your account after verification.
Will the A Points expire?
A Points are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the date they are earned. Any unused points will automatically expire at the end of this period. We will send you an email reminder before your points expire, so you can log in and redeem them for your favorite rewards in time.
Will the A Points Coupons expire?
Yes. Reward coupons redeemed using your points carry a specific validity period (typically 30 days from the date of redemption, unless specified otherwise on the coupon voucher). Please make sure to apply the coupon code toward your next sterling silver piece before it expires, as expired coupons cannot be reissued or refunded.
Can I reapply the coupon code after I have placed the order?
We are sorry, but once an order has been submitted and payment is confirmed, it is immediately sent to our logistics team for processing. As a result, we cannot retroactively apply or modify any discount codes on completed orders. You are more than welcome to save your coupon code to enjoy on your next jewelry purchase with us.
How to write product reviews?
A few days after your purchase has been shipped, you will receive an automated email from us inviting you to share your feedback. Simply click the link inside that email to rate and review your new jewelry pieces on our website. As a token of appreciation, members receive bonus reward points for submitting verified product reviews!
